The Unity Inner Circle

Every year, a handful of schools can join us at UME as a group. They teach the bootcamp choreography from our international artist at their own studio, in their own community, with their own instructors. Then everyone comes together at the event and performs it to the live music of a 12-piece mambo band, side by side with the international artists, all the other teachers, and ambassadors.

We built the Inner Circle for the schools that want to feel part of something bigger, those that don’t want to be just another act in some event where nobody really cares. It's not open to everyone, and it's not a discount code to just call it a day. If your school or your students already dance with us, or you think they'd fit here, this is where you start that conversation.

Who this is for

Salsa and mambo schools who want their students training together, performing together, and travelling to UME as a group, not as individuals who happen to know each other.

Promoters and community leaders who already bring dancers to major events and want a closer relationship with UME specifically.

What you get

Schools in the Inner Circle get access to the Saturday night bootcamp choreography ahead of the public release, so your students can learn it at your studio, with you teaching it, well before anyone outside the circle even knows it exists.

You also get a straightforward way for your students to book UME as a group, with benefits that go back to your school for every student who comes through you. You and your instructors can come to UME, learn new techniques and concepts, and take them back to be taught in your own classes, everybody wins.

We don't reserve floor space, sell stage time, or offer premium access to artists as part of this. What you get is a real partnership where you support us building an event dedicated to learning and community, and we give you all the tools to take back and offer something unique to your students.

The exact structure is different for everyone, so we walk through it properly once you reach out.

How it works

You tell us a bit about your school or profile below. Fed calls you directly within 24 hours to talk through what a partnership could look like for you and your students. Not every application becomes a partnership, since it needs to be the right fit on both sides, but every one gets a real conversation.
