8:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Pillars of Mambo
A structured look at the technical foundations of mambo: key steps, internal structure, and musical understanding that shape the vocabulary of the dance.

Friday 3rd July @ Empire Dance Studio

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Mambo Fusion
A creative exploration of mambo blended with other genres β€” including street and contemporary influences. This session opens space for expressive interpretation while maintaining musical and technical integrity.

8:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Expression, Performance & Identity
A workshop centred on the dancer's unique voice. Through a short piece of choreography, dancers explore performance quality, emotional expression, and personal identity within movement.

2:00 pm to 3:00 pm - Sabor & Control – Body Awareness and Technique
A session exploring the balance between technical control and rhythmic flavour. Focus areas include posture, weight transfer, and body alignment, without losing the essence of musical expression.

3:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Mambo ABC
A clear breakdown of fundamental elements: posture, timing, direction, basic footwork, and an introduction to partner work. Ideal for dancers looking to solidify their foundation.
